Crack-stitching: A simple and permanent means of stabilising cracked masonry, crack stitching involves bonding Heli stainless steel bars into appropriate bed joints or cut slots in bricks, blocks or stonework, using Heli-Bond cementitious grout.

Lintel, parapet, cornice and arch stabilisation: The traditional solution to repair crumbling masonry is to cut out the brickwork, mechanically support the masonry above and install new elements, which is disruptive, time consuming and expensive. RBR can offer an non-intrusive method by the installation of HeliFix CemTies to secure loose elements and restore structural stability.

Restraining bowed external walls: The bowing external walls of a building can be stabilised by securing them to internal floors or roofs using HeliFix BowTies.

Creation of movement joints: Where cracks occur in the façade due to the absence of a movement joints, RBR can install resin bonded HeliBars across a new induced movement joint, with a plastic sleeve on alternate ends.

Load testing procedure: Load testing is carried out in accordance with Industry Best Practice guidelines to verify that all installations meet the designated loading requirements.
