Façade Structural Stabilisation and Repair
The façade works include cleaning, re-pointing of the brick and stone, stone conservation, sealing and window conservation.
The façade works include cleaning, repointing of the brick and stone, stone repair, sealing and window restoration.
The façade was stabilised by securing it to the existing building structure using a steel structure.
The parapet balustrade was dismantled and reconstructed with appropriate structural connections, in addition lead weathering was introduced.
