Full refurbishment and fit out project

The Three Ireland Building in Daunt Square, Cork City dates from the late 18th Century and is a protected structure. The project brief was to conserve and restore the external envelope of the building and to address any structural issues that threatened to damage the building fabric. Internal works also resulted in the conservation and restoration of the internal building fabric on all floors. Windows were conserved and repaired on a like for like basis. RBR under took the stabilisation of the facade using a Heli fix designed system installed by our own trained site team, this also extended to the retainment of the extg render adopting a similar system. In additional we replaced a number of extg windows heads due to existing structural implications. Furthermore, internal fit out completed along with MEPH services was carried out. Inclusive of all associated new wall, base build, finishes and decorations through out.
